Named Accountable GP
You may be aware that from April all practices are required to provide all their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.
As one of our patients, Dr Hamid Masud will be the named GP for male patients and Dr Humaira Qureshi will be the named GP for female patients. Dr Masud and Dr Qureshi will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides for you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.

Practice Manager
Our practice manager is Jill Towns. If you have any queries or complaints then please do not hesitate to speak to her, she will be happy to help. You can speak to Jill either phone or face to face by asking at reception. All matters are dealt with confidentially and will therefore be taken to an available office within the surgery.
Administrative & Reception Staff
Our administration staff help to keep the practice organised and running smoothly. You may talk to and seek further advice from them in confidence and they will advise you to see if your problem requires further attention.
