VE & VJ Day 80 Commemorations 
Sunday 4 May 2025 12noon to 4pm

At Nottingham War Memorial, Victoria Embankment NG2 2AA.

Bring along your own, chairs, blankets and refreshments to a concert celebrating the end of World War Two. A family event that will emerse you in the sounds and songs of the war time era, and music up to the present day.

Featuring The Band of the Royal Engineers, Nottingham Military Wives Choir and the Ukrainian Community Choir.

Audience participation, sing along, is encouraged.

A free coach will be leaving Civic Centre on Sunday 4th May at 10.30am to attend the Concert for Peace event at Nottingham. Coach returns at 4.30pm
